Policy for Addressing Accounting Complaints

The Audit Committee Policy for Addressing Complaints is designed to receive, investigate and resolve accounting complaints. The Audit Committee has the power to investigate all Zale records, facilities and personnel regarding the complaint, and we have the duty to protect the rights and confidentiality of complainants.
