If you're interested in building or strengthening your skills in merchandising or buying, our 12-week Merchandising Training Program will give you the classroom and on-the-job training you need to start off your career on the right foot. (Eligibility requirements)
Multifaceted Experience
Once accepted in the program, the learning begins. A "big picture" view of the company is critical to doing this job well, so you will be spending time not only in the classroom, but in the distribution center, a store environment and - for the on-the-job part - an actual merchandising office. Typically, a graduate of the program will progress from Assistant Merchant at their own pace within the company. You'll have the opportunity to exercise your new knowledge and skills between any of our six brands. It's all ultimately designed to help you reach both your career and personal potential.
