Jewelry Consultant/Sales Associate

As a store leader, you hold the keys to your store's success and will work to build an effective team that is best able to meet and exceed guests' expectations. From recruiting and on-boarding to educating and developing your team members to deliver sales and profit, our Store Managers create the environment that makes the purchase of beautiful merchandise everything it can be for our guests.
Our District Managers are the heart of our field leadership team. By leading a highly engaged, multi-store team, you'll help foster a culture of delivering on guest expectations. As a District Manager, you'll be responsible for developing plans for store talent, operations, merchandising and financials to drive results. Your energy, guidance and interpersonal skills are essential to navigating our vision and purpose, setting priorities, and managing and measuring work.
Each Regional Director must have the perspective and agility to lead a team of District Managers and store teams to long-term growth. As a Regional Director, your ability to observe, assess and communicate performance expectations is critical to developing a high-performing team. Your experience and leadership are vital to evaluating and implementing solutions that align with our brand strategy to drive results.
